NEW YORK—HREC Investment Advisors arranged the refinance in Wisconsin of the 62-room Fairfield Inn in Green Bay and the 94-room Fairfield Inn & Suites in Beloit.
The five-year, fixed-rate conduit loan was arranged via an international investment bank.
The Fairfield Inn in Green Bay is located off US-41 and near the US-172 interchange and is 2.5 miles from Lambeau Field. The Fairfield Inn & Suites Beloit is located on the interchange of I-90, I-43 and I-39 and is near to Beloit Memorial Hospital and the College of Beloit.
Scott Kaniewski, SVP of HREC IA, represented the borrower in the transaction.
