NEW YORK—Three hotels in Real Hospitality Group’s (RHG) portfolio were identified in Crain’s New York Business Top 10 list of the largest new hotels in New York: The Hotel de Point, an Ascend Collection Hotel in College Point; the Holiday Inn Midtown South; and the Hotel Indigo Brooklyn.
The hotels opened in 2012 along with 20 new properties in the New York market, according to Crain’s. Point 128, LLC owns the Hotel de Point, which ranked tenth. Raymond Chan designed it. The Holiday Inn Midtown South, a part of Chesapeake Lodging Trust’s portfolio, ranked ninth, and Hotel Indigo Brooklyn, owned by the Lam Group, came in seventh.
