FAIRFIELD, NJ—Paramount Hotel Group, based here, has added three new management contracts, and expects to add 10-12 hotels to its management portfolio this year.
The three hotels, recently acquired by Lightstone Value Plus Real Estate Investment Trust, Inc., are the following: a SpringHill Suites by Marriott and Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in West Des Moines, IA, and a Courtyard by Marriott in suburban Cleveland, OH.
