CELEBRATION, FL—Interstate Hotels & Resorts has expanded its portfolio with the addition of the 718-room Radisson Resort Orlando-Celebration, here.
Interstate's joint venture partners on the deal include Waramaug Hospitality, LLC, and a private investment group. It is the fifth deal between the partners. Interstate is scheduled to manage the property under a long-term agreement. The resort will also undergo an extensive renovation estimated to cost $9 million as part of the deal. Neither the name of the seller nor the purchase price were disclosed.
