CHARLESTON, SC—The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Charleston Airport, a 149-room, newly renovated property, has opened.
Formerly an exterior-corridor property, the hotel was transformed into an upscale, full-service, interior corridor hotel. The year-long renovation included all guestrooms and public areas. The design was inspired by Charleston’s heritage as a prominent aeronautics center. The new restaurant, Two Wrights, is named for the Wright brothers.
This is the third DoubleTree-branded hotel in South Carolina.
Homecourt Hospitality N. Charleston, LLC, owns and operates the property.
