Ketan Patel is a new SVP of HREC Investment Advisors.

WASHINGTON—HREC Investment Advisors promoted Ketan Patel to SVP in its office here.

Patel has been involved in the hospitality industry since the early 2000s and during the past year worked on multiple hotel investment sales transactions throughout the Northeast.

"Ketan has become an integral part of our team and strong force in hotel brokerage in the Northeast. We look forward to his continued growth as part of the HREC Investment Advisors team,"  said Geoff Davis, president/senior principal of HREC Investment Advisors.

HREC is a lodging and gaming real estate advisory firm specializing in property sales, mortgage brokerage, equity/JV structuring, consulting (market studies and appraisals) and litigation support.
