IRVINE, CA—R.D. Olson Construction, a contracting firm responsible for the construction of the first new prototypes of Marriott’s Residence Inn and Fairfield Inn & Suites, is ahead of schedule building the $60-million, mixed-use Tustin Pacific Center.
The 196,000-sq.-ft. project includes two hotels, a 149-room Residence Inn and a 145-room Fairfield Inn & Suites, as well as a retail center geared toward the business traveler.
The company broke ground on the project in August 2012 and expects to complete it July 2013.
