WASHINGTON, DC–Hotels here are anticipating strong demand for accommodations later this month during the nation's 57th Presidential Inauguration.
Marriott International, for example, manages approximately 20% of the total number of guestrooms in the Greater Washington, DC area under its various brands with over 103 hotels and more than 15,000 associates. Marriott is seeing a healthy booking pace. As with other major events, reservations for the Inauguration frequently come with minimum length of stay requirements.
