PALM BEACH, FL—The board of trustees of Chatham Lodging Trust, a hotel real estate investment trust based here, has declared the company’s first monthly dividend payment.

A monthly common share dividend of $0.07 for January 2013 is payable February 22, 2013, to shareholders of record on January 31, 2013.
