SAN DIEGO—The 129-room oceanfront Kona Kai Resort, here, has been acquired by Westgroup Kona Kai, LLC, for an undisclosed amount.
The resort hotel and adjoining conference center, which are located at the entrance to San Diego harbor, were sold by Atlas-Kona Kai, LLC. The property is comprised of a series of low-rise, garden-style buildings.
Snyder Nationwide Real Estate represented the buyer in the transaction, while Global Hospitality Resources represented the seller.
