BERLIN–Hilton Worldwide's luxury Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts brand has opened its fifth property in Europe, the 232-room Waldorf Astoria Berlin.
The hotel is part of the mixed-use Zoofenster Tower located on the city's west side. The hotel features a number of destination restaurants and lounges, a full-service spa and meeting and event space for up to 1,200 people. The meeting space includes a 3,550 sq. ft. ballroom on the hotel's second floor.
The Waldorf Astoria brand currently has more than 20 destinations in its portfolio worldwide. In Europe, the portfolio includes properties in London, Versailles, Rome and Edinburgh. Hotels in Jerusalem and Amsterdam are in the brand's advanced pipeline.
