COLUMBUS, OH—Marcus Hotels & Resorts, a division of The Marcus Corporation, has appointed Mahesh Reddy as GM of the Westin Columbus here. In his new role, Reddy will be responsible for managing the hotel’s guest experience and accommodations.
Reddy has over 12 years of experience, including six years with Marcus Hotels & Resorts. He joined the company in 2000, working as the front office director at the Hilton Milwaukee. He was promoted to rooms division director in 2002, and then transferred to the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI in 2004.
Reddy left the company in 2006 to take on the role of hotel manager at the Wyndham Northwest Chicago—now known as the Westin Chicago Northwest—and directly prior to this appointment, served as the GM at the Hilton Anchorage in Anchorage AK.
