The Cavalier Hotel in Virginia Beach is for sale.

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA—The Cavalier Hotel here is up for sale.

CBRE|Hotels has been retained to sell the historic property, which opened in 1927. The hotel is composed of two full-service hotels: the original, 110-room structure and a 282-room property that opened in the 1970s.

It has more than 50,000 sq. ft. of meeting space; an indoor pool, outdoor pool and kiddie pool; outdoor tennis courts; fitness center; kid’s playroom; and food and beverage options.
