LOS ANGELES—The Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant Group and joint venture partner OSM Investment Co. have acquired the 74-room Hotel Wilshire in Los Angeles' Miracle Mile neighborhood for an undisclosed price.
The hotel, Kimpton's second flag in Los Angeles, is an adaptive reuse of a former medical office building that opened in 2011, is located in close proximity to Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Hollywood and Century City. The hotel features a rooftop restaurant and bar and 1,750 sq. ft. of meeting and event space.
