MANILA, THE PHILIPPINES—Hilton Worldwide has signed a management agreement with Travellers International Hotel Group Inc., a joint venture between Alliance Global Inc. and Genting Hong Kong Limited, to manage the Hilton Manila in Newport City here. The 350-room hotel, scheduled to open in 2014, will be the first Hilton Hotels & Resorts in Manila.
Alliance Global Group, Inc. and Genting Group will develop the project. When completed, it will connect to a 30,000-sq.-m. entertainment and hospitality project. It will be located on Newport Boulevard next to Terminal 3 of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
The 10-story hotel will offer two restaurants, a bar, lobby lounge, fitness club, indoor pool, spa, ballroom and other meeting spaces, as well as a car park.
