KIEV, UKRAINE—The 11 Mirrors Hotel, the first member of Berlin-based Design Hotels in the Ukraine, has opened in Kiev.

The 11-story, 49-room hotel is the brainchild of Wladimir Klitschko, and was designed by Anatoliy Kirik and Marina Leo.

The exterior features a granite façade, which combines contemporary design and 19th century architecture. The lobby offers natural stone walls, a fireplace and a stainless-steel ceiling. The Fomichev Brothers made the mirrored wall décor. All the rooms and suites offer intimate lighting, dark wood accents and subtle bursts of color. The bathrooms are spa-inspired. The design scheme throughout the hotel features black and white backgrounds, wide panoramic windows, reflective silver mirrors and surfaces and ceramic decorations by Taras Tkachenko.
