MCLEAN, VA—DoubleTree by Hilton has opened the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Baltimore North-Pikesville, its fourth property in the city. Formerly a Hilton, the hotel is owned by Pikesville Hotel Limited Partnership, a division of the Mangione Family Enterprise, under a franchise license agreement with a subsidiary of Hilton Worldwide.
The property underwent a renovation as part of the reflag. Guestrooms received new carpeting, window treatments, furniture and bedding. Bathrooms were redone entirely, and now offer granite countertops and CITRON by Crabtree & Evelyn bath and body products. The Baltimore Fitness and Tennis center, which is adjacent to the hotel, was also refreshed. The hotel’s 11,800 sq. ft. of meeting space also received new carpeting and window treatments.
