COATESVILLE, PA—The Courtyard by Marriott located here has named Kimberly Nicolas director of sales.
In her new role, Nicolas will be responsible for the total sales effort at the Courtyard Coatesville including developing and maintaining new accounts, supervising sales personnel and implementing strategies to maximize profits while maintaining a high guest satisfaction level.
Nicolas has nearly 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Most recently, she served as corporate sales manager for the Desmond Hotel and Conference Center in Malvern, PA. Prior to that, she was the property’s director of sales, a position she also held at Elbo Marketing and Sales in Chester Springs, PA.
The 125-room hotel, which opened earlier in the year, is managed by Waterford Hotel Group.
