HOBOKEN, NJ—Cooper Carry will design a 200-room, 140,000-sq.-ft. hotel here.

The 20-story hotel, located on the waterfront, is being developed by Philadelphia, PA-based KMS Development Partners in agreement with the United States Postal Service, since the project includes reorganizing and reconfiguring aspects of the existing Hoboken post office.

Currently, the project is in schematic design, but plans indicate the hotel will be located behind the post office. Postal activity on the site will continue, but loading spaces will be relocated along First St., giving the hotel frontage along Frank Sinatra Drive.
