NEW YORK—Choice Hotels International's Cambria Suites brand has three properties in development in the robust Greater New York market.
The upper-end, select-service brand, which has been targeting urban locations nationally, is set to expand in two locations in New York City proper and in one location in Westchester County north of the city. The city locations are in Times Square and Chelsea, two neighborhoods that have seen significant selec-service hotel development in recent years. The Westchester location is in White Plains, which is in easy access to Manhattan via commuter rail.
