BRETTON WOODS, NH—Omni Hotels & Resorts has chosen Stephen Hilliard to be managing director of the Omni Mount Washington Resort, located here. In this role, Hilliard will oversee all operations.
A New Hampshire native, Hilliard worked at the resort as a desk clerk during the summers when he attended the Whittemore School of Business & Economics at the University of New Hampshire.
In his 30 years of experience, Hilliard has worked at full-service hotels and luxury resorts, vacation rental and shared ownership properties, private and public golf and beach club operations, marinas and retail shops. He was most recently employed with The St. Joe Company, a developer of resort lifestyle and residential communities. He joined the publically owned company as managing director, resort & clubs, and was promoted to VP of resort & club operations in 2007. In 2011, he became SVP of operations.
