SEMINOLE, TX—MTP Hospitality Solutions recently broke ground on the Seminole Wingate Hotel, located here. Hyphen Construction Group, Inc., a national general contracting firm, has been selected to build the hotel, which is expected to open by summer 2013.
Located on a 1.75-acre tract of land, the 55,924-sq.-ft. property will offer 88 rooms, meeting spaces, an executive boardroom, a fitness room and a swimming pool.
In addition to the Seminole Wingate, Hyphen Construction is also building a 79-room Microtel in Odessa, TX, for MTP Hospitality Solutions. Both Wingate and Microtel are part of Wyndham Worldwide.
