The Wingate by Wyndham is located off I-95 near Aberdeen Proving Ground in Hartford County, MD.

ABERDEEN, MD—Hotel Equities assumed management for the 107-room Wingate by Wyndham hotel, located here off I-95 near Aberdeen Proving Ground and 30 minutes from the downtown Baltimore area.

The hotel offers a business center, meeting space, indoor/outdoor event facilities, a fitness center and an indoor pool and spa. An outdoor garden courtyard can accommodate more than 70 persons for a reception. Complimentary breakfast is available each morning in the breakfast room off the lobby.

Local area attractions near the hotel include the Cal Ripken Experience, the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Museum, the Babe Ruth Museum and the entertainment, cultural and historic options that Baltimore and the Inner Harbor area afford.

With the addition of the Wingate by Wyndham hotel to the Hotel Equities' portfolio, the firm now manages hotel properties comprised of 4,500 guestrooms in seven states. The firm has added 21 properties to its portfolio in 2011 and 10 more to date in 2012.
