NEW YORK—Milnor demonstrated the sustainability features of its PulseFlow tunnel washer during this week's International Hotel Motel & Restaurant Show, here.
A typical washer-extractor will consume at least two gallons per pound of water per pound of linen washed. By contrast, Milnor's PulseFlow tunnel washer can produce even greater water savings, as little as 0.3-0.5 gallons per pound of linen washed. That translates to more than 75% less fresh water consumed (and energy to heat the water) than traditional washer-extractors.
