SAN ANTONIO, TX—Greenwood Hospitality Group, on behalf of 205 East Houston Street, LLC, announced the acquisition of the Sheraton Gunter Hotel, located here. Developed in 1909, the hotel features 322 guestrooms, 23,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, Barron’s Restaurant, the Gunter Bakery and additional restaurant and lounge options.
Greenwood will implement a multimillion-dollar renovation in the coming months; this will include updates and additions to all guestrooms and improvements to all meeting, public and dining spaces.
