PILAR, ARGENTINA— Hilton Worldwide signed a management agreement with El Hotel Pilar, S.A., for a 170-room, new-build Hilton hotel here.
The hotel will be part of a mixed-use development featuring 130 residential condominium units that will be able to utilized the services offered at Hotel Pilar.
The three-story hotel will feature executive-floor rooms, 10 master suites, a governor’s suite and a presidential suite. It also will offer a restaurant, two bars, and more than 21,500 sq. ft. of meeting space, including the following: a convention center divisible into three ballrooms, six flexible and technologically enhanced meeting rooms and a business center. An outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, a nearly 5,500-sq.-ft. spa and the Pilar Golf Club will round out the hotel’s features.
The project is currently under construction and is expected to open in March 2015.
