IRVING, TX–FelCor Lodging Trust third-quarter 2012 RevPAR increased 6.2%, compared to the same period last year.
The increase reflects a 6.9% increase in ADR and a 50 basis point decrease in occupancy to 74.8%. RevPAR at the REIT's newly acquired and redeveloped hotels increased 12% during the quarter and 14.3% during the month of September.
