CARTAGENA, COLOMBIA—Hilton Cartagena completed a multimillion-dollar renovation that includes a redesign of 288 guestrooms in the hotel's main tower and upgrades to its pool complex.
Led by local designers Juan Manual Garcia and German Lopez Barrera, the guestrooms offer new bedding, furniture and a nature-inspired ambiance. The rooms feature sand-colored porcelain flooring, natural oak furnishings and a blue-and-violet color scheme. The rooms are outfitted with the Hilton Serenity Collection of amenities that features plush bedding, high-definition televisions, alarm clocks with MP3 player connection and WiFi. Each room was enlarged by incorporating balcony and terrace space into the interior.
In addition, the pool complex of the 341-room property has been outfitted with a new, non-slip marble floor and landscaping.
