SYRACUSE, NY—New Castle Hotels and Resorts named Jim Wefers general manager of the Inns at Armory Square here, which will include a 78-room Residence Inn and 102-room Courtyard by Marriott hotel.
The hotels, which are slated to open in spring 2013, are being developed by a joint venture between RSR Holdings, LLC, and New Castle, based in Shelton, CT.
Prior to joining New Castle, Wefers was general manager of the 130-condo Golden Eagle Lodge.
