RIVIERA MAYA, MEXICO—Real Resorts is adding a brand new suite category at the Royal Playa del Carmen—the Royal Junior Ocean View Swim-Up suite. This new category will offer suites with a plunge pool outside the suite’s terrace. In addition, the resort is also adding more Royal Junior Beachfront/Swim-Up suites, which allow guests to walk out to a poolside lanai and the beach.
The resort has also remodeled its reception, lobby and lounge areas. The reception features a private reception area for guests, while the lobby features new marble flooring. In addition, Marie Marie, an a la carte restaurant, now has al fresco seating overlooking the gardens.
