BETHESDA, MD–Marriott International plans to grow its portfolio in Russia and the CIS by 50 pecent to more than 30 hotels by 2015.
Marriott currently operates 19 hotels in the region across six lodging brands and has committed to opening another 11 hotels over the next three years. Heading the list of upcoming hotels are a Ritz-Carlton in Almaty, Kazakhstan, and Marriott-branded hotels in Krasnodar, Russia, and Tsaghkadzov, Armenia.
