ZURICH, SWITZERLAND—Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts has partnered with Enough Sunshine Real Estate Investment, a subsidiary of the Enough Group, to open a new deluxe hotel in China in 2014.
The new property, which will be located in Changsha, the capital of the Hunan province, will offer 400 rooms and suites, five restaurants and bars, over 2,000 sq. meters of meeting and banquet space, as well as recreational facilities like a Pürovel Spa. While Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts already has several properties in Asia, this will be its first five-star hotel in Hunan.
