KINGSTON, ONTARIO—Concord Hospitality Enterprises has teamed up with Select Hotel Group, a hotel investment firm, to acquire the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel here. Concord, based in Raleigh, NC, will also take over the hotel’s management.
The 169-room hotel will receive multi-million dollar renovations to its public spaces. The lobby and front desk area will be improved with a market place and business center, while the hotel’s fitness center will be expanded to three times its current size.
