TUCSON, AZ—The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa, here, is currently undergoing a $30-million renovation project, scheduled for completion by Dec. 31, 2012.
The guestrooms will offer, among other accommodations, headboards with adjustable reading lights, smart mini-refrigerators, as well as an expanded walk-in shower. Enhancements to the property’s 60,000 sq. ft. of conference space will include new carpeting, chandeliers and state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment.
In addition, the Westin La Paloma has remodeled its fitness center and upgraded its luxury transportation with a new Mercedes Sprinter. Renovations on La Paloma Country Club’s tennis courts, which include resurfacing the courts with the True Bounce Resurfacing System, are estimated for completion by November 2012. Upgrades to the resort’s golf course have already been finished.
