CINCINNATI, OH—Hospitality Media Group (HMG), the newly formed LLC of ST Media Group, today announced the launch of Boutique Design Trade Fair (BD West) to be held April 4-5, 2013 at the San Diego Convention Center, San Diego, CA.
BD West follows in the path of sister trade fair, BDNY, now in its third year. BD West responds to the growing demand for a BD trade fair on the West Coast. BD West will serve the hospitality design marketplace and attract interior designers, architects, purchasing professionals, hotel owners and operators and manufacturers who provide products to the marketplace.
The trade fair will feature customized display areas, which will provide manufacturers and marketers with interactive sessions on the trade fair floor. Additionally, build-outs by the winners of the fair's design competitions, as well as networking areas intended to engage the audience will be featured.
BD West will offer CEU conference sessions prior to the trade fair opening, featuring peer-based content, as well as content from outside the industry, giving the audience fresh perspectives on design, architecture and development.
The show will launch with 30,000 sq. ft. of stand and display area and is projected to attract approximately 1,500 attendees.
