CABO SAN LUCAS, MEXICO–JW Marriott Hotels & Resorts plans to open a 300-room hotel here on Mexico's Pacific coast in 2015 under an agreement with Grupo Diestra, which will own the property.
The hotel, which will be managed by Operadora Punta Peninsula, SA de CV, will be located within the 2,000-acre Puerto Los Cabos master planned development. The hotel will occupy approximately 14 acres overlooking the Sea of Cortez and offer 820 feet of beach front seven miles from the Los Cabos International Airport.
