PHOENIX, AZ—More than $10 million in revenues have been recorded year-to-date from reservations booked through the MSI WebRES online booking solution, according to the company. Multi-Systems Inc. (MSI) is a hospitality industry cloud services technology provider.
“WebRES liberates hotel staff to do what they do best and offers guests an appealing, online booking experience,” Rick Munson, MSI president and CEO, said in a statement. “The result? A boost in profits for the hotelier.”
Hospitality partners include the Saga Motor Hotel in Pasadena, CA and The Hostel in Teton Village, WY, where it has seen an increase in guests booking through the hotel's own website. “I attribute that to the greater sense of trust when using MSI's WebRES compared to the previous PMS's booking engine. We are very pleased to offer the conveniences of MSI to our guests,” Greg Esdale, general manager of The Hostel, said in a statement.
