ANN ARBOR, MI–Raymond Management Co. has opened a 97-suite TownePlace Suites by Marriott here.
The hotel will operate as a franchise under a long-term agreement between the TownePlace Suites bran's parent, Marriott International and Middleton, WI-based Raymond Management. Raymond will operate as well as own the hotel, which is located close to the University of Michigan campus and Michigan Stadium.
