NASHVILLE, TN–Gaylord Entertainment Co. has reorganized as a real estate investment trust called Ryman Hospitality Properties, Inc.
As part of the decision to reorganize as a REIT, the company plans to sell the Gaylord Hotels brand and the rights to manage its four Gaylord Hotels, Nashville area attractions and a Radisson-branded hotel to Marriott International.
