SOUTH TAMPA, FL–Mainsail Lodging & Development plans to begin construction next month on a 137-room boutique hotel called The Epicurean.
The hotel, which should open in late-2013, will have a culinary theme and include a specially-designed culinary classroom and a retail and production bakery and pastry shop as well as a bistro, wine shop, rooftop lounge and full-service spa. The hotel is scheduled to be the first new-build property to join Marriott International's Autograph Collection.
