BRONX, NY—Simone Development Cos. plans to open a 125-room Residence Inn by Marriott, here, in 2014.

The upscale, extended-stay hotel will be part of a mixed-use development called Metro Center Atrium  that also includes office and retail components. The project is easily accessible to local highways, bridges and airports. Manhattan is less than 20 minutes away and Westchester County is 10 minutes away.
