LAS VEGAS—Caesars Entertainment plans to re-name its Imperial Palace on the Strip, here, to The Quad Resort & Casino by year-end.
Along with the name change, Caesars is undertaking an extensive renovation of the property's casino and public spaces to be completed a year later. As part of this upgrade, the casino is being expanded 15,000 sq. ft., taking over the space previously occupied by a porte cochere, night club and gift shop. The Las Vegas-based firm of Klai Juba Architects is in charge of the reconstruction project.
