JACKSON HOLE, WY—Benchmark Hospitality International has begun managing the four-season, 349-room Snow King Resort here.
Located in downtown Jackson Hole at the base of Snow King Mountain, the resort consists of three components: a hotel, a lodge and condominium units. The complex recently was acquired by JMI Realty Partners IV, a fund associated with Austin, TX-based JMI Realty.
Based in The Woodlands, TX, Benchmark Hospitality manages a portfolio of independent hotels, resorts and conference centers.
