SANTIAGO, CHILE–Marriott International plans to open a 200-room Courtyard by Marriott hotel here in late-2014.
The hotel is being developed under a long-term agreement between Marriott and the Falabella Group, a major retailer throughout South America. The hotel site sits adjacent to the existing 280-room Santiago Marriott in the Los Condes business district of the city.
