NAPA, CA–Hyatt Hotels Corp. has converted the 141-room Former Avia Napa Hotel to the Andaz Napa, part of its growing Andaz luxury lifestyle brand.
Hyatt acquired the Avia brand as part of its acquisition of LodgeWorks, LLP, a few years ago. The Napa hotel is located in the downtown of this city, which is in the heart of the Northern California wine growing region. Hyatt already operates Andaz properties in a number of destinations in the U.S. and Europe. The brand's flagships are its two hotels in New York, one near Wall St. and the other in midtown.
