LAS VEGAS–The Trump Organization has sold approximately 300 condominium units in the Trump International Hotel here to Hilton Worldwide.

The units will be used as inventory for Hilton's Hilton Grand Vacations timeshare division, starting next spring.

The purchase price was not disclosed.

The Trump Hotel Collection, the Trump Organization's management arm, will continue to operate the 64-story hotel, which has a total of 1,282 suites.

Hilton Grand Vacations will be responsible for the sale of the timeshare intervals.
