DALLAS—The Headington Cos. has completed work on a 36-room addition to its Lumen Hotel, here.
The Lumen, which is managed by the Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant Group, is located downtown, next to the campus of Southern Methodist University. The expansion was part of a larger modernization program of the hotel, which now offers a total of 93 guestrooms. The Texas-based architecture and design firm of BOKA Powell was in charge of the multi-year project.
