LAS VEGAS—Beginning August 19, the Bellagio will remodel all 928 rooms and suites in the resort’s Spa Tower.

The Spa Tower remodel will entail redoing 819 guestrooms and 109 suites. The $40-million project is expected to be complete in December 2012.

The Spa Tower, in addition to the Resort King and Queen guestrooms, features suites such as the: 850-sq.-ft. Salon Suites; the 1,000-sq.-ft. Bellagio Suites; the 1,500-sq.-ft. Penthouses; the 1,900-sq.-ft. two-bedroom Bellagio Suites; and the 4,000-sq.-ft. Chairman and Presidential Suites.

Bellagio will also introduce three new, 2,500-sq.-ft. Executive Hospitality Suites. They will feature a billiards lounge and separate home theater living area.

MGM Resorts International Design Group created the new Spa Tower Resort Rooms. The Resort King Rooms will feature either an indigo and silver or green tea and plum palette, and the Resort Queen Rooms will feature an amber and butterscotch scheme.
