FRAMINGHAM, MA—The Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center here will undergo a multimillion-dollar renovation.
Extensive improvements of the 375-key hotel are already under way in select areas of the property. Overall completion is expected by Spring 2013.
The renovation will entail refurbishing the guestrooms, updating the public spaces, revamping the restaurant and lounge and updating the fitness center and ballroom.
The hotel features the Sheraton Club Lounge floor, which will receive new furnishings, soft goods and art. The corridors and elevators also are being modernized. The lobby, after the renovation, will feature sleek, tailored furniture and a neutral color palette with jewel-tone accents and geometric shapes. The restaurant and lounge will feature a new concept and name with a rich color scheme and dark wood furnishings. The ballroom will feature new hues and modern finishes, as well as a 2,114-sq.-ft. fitness facility.
Hager and Associates, Inc. is leading the renovation. Tri-North Builders is overseeing the redesign.
