ORLANDO—The Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate opened a 55,000-sq.-ft. conference facility suitable for meetings, exhibitions and social events.
The centerpiece of the new facility is a 28,000-sq.-ft. ballroom that can be divided into eight meeting rooms. The 720-room resort now features a total of 128,000 sq. ft. of indoor event space in addition to 52,000 sq. ft. of outdoor space.
No price was given for the cost of the new facility.
